The Ministry of Health works closely with community leaders to organize surveillance and monitoring of public spaces such as schools, parks, churches, streets, sidewalks, and other areas.
The public is reminded to continue maintaining vigilance, regularly cleaning and emptying containers used to store water for domestic use, inspecting and cleaning canoes and all black plastic in their yards, and placing unused tires under cover or taking them to the appropriate collection sites. They are also urged to cooperate with our officials when they visit their homes for fumigation, providing proper identification.
